I'm here first and foremost to motivate - not sell - so I won't pressure anyone into continuing if the format does not work for them. Online Training is certainly different from traditional in-person experience. Affordability and worth are among the top differences, in my opinion.

To put it in perspective, my monthly cost equates to meeting with a trainer twice per week for 45-60 minutes each! We won't be confined to those short windows of time.

Includes 100% personalized exercise, nutrition, and supplementation planning which continually adapts based on your current goals, schedule/availability, injury/illness, and any other unforeseen circumstances. Detailed progress tracking is kept and repeatedly checked at fixed time intervals. Communication is ongoing and primarily within an application accessible from any computer or mobile device. This is more of a traditional trainer-client relationship. Pricing is month-to-month starting the day of first payment. There are absolutely no hidden fees or long term commitments.

What you can expect from working together:

 

An Initial Skype/phone consultation where we will look at addressing your barriers to progress, and aim to create a realistic action plan, implementing sustainable behaviour changes that support your goals. We will adapt and build on these each week.

Weekly email check-ins with voice-note feedback.

Access to me as your coach Monday-Friday via email/text.

Tailored nutritional support where I aim to build your knowledge and skills around food, so you can fuel yourself properly and train at your best, and also feel more empowered and in control of your choices. I am to get you to a place where you are, more importantly, free from having to rely on meal plans or the latest fad diet to get results - which, as we all know, are not sustainable long-term, and teach us very little about nutrition.

 

A kickass training programme that considers your individual needs and preferences, and reflects your goals - there are no exercises that I will ‘make’ you do, and your feedback will always be taken on board. If an exercise doesn’t feel good, and we can’t make it more comfortable, then we simply swap it out. You can’t manage as many sessions this week/month, cool we’ll adapt it to make it work.

 

Video form checks where you are free to send me videos of your training via WhatsApp so you can be confident in the knowledge that you are performing lifts correctly and safely.
