My approach to personal training doesn't stop at the end of the session. You will be guided through a customized plan to get you to your goal. I am always accessible to answer any questions, giving you the motivational, nutritional and directional support you need. It's not just about looking your best, but I also want my clients to experience confidence they haven't felt in years. I want people to ignite their passion for life again. Your first step to a new YOU is setting up a consultation where I’ll help you set realistic and attainable goals while doing a performance evaluation (not compulsory). In the performance evaluation, I assess areas of your body that are weak, tight, imbalanced, and review past injuries. The best way to strengthen your body is to create an environment where you’re balancing out the muscle groups.

 

I love seeing the inner change in my clients when they reach their goal. Whether it's weight loss or strength training or toning muscles, it’s magical to witness an individual gain confidence from smashing their own goals and take pride in their hard work. There's nothing more rewarding than giving you the gift of health and happiness.
