Swedish Massage - The most common type of massage requested to reduce stress and increase relaxation is Swedish Massage, in which the therapist uses oil or lotion with several basic strokes that are applied with light to medium pressure, depending on the client’s preference. 

Deep Tissue Massage - as its name says, focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It is designed to reach the deep sections of thick muscles, specifically the individual muscle fibers.

Dry Cupping - is another very effective healing therapy practiced in many cultures. It is a technique quite similar to wet cupping.

Hijama (Wet Cupping) - is a traditional, safe and economic method to rid the body of toxic and harmful substances by removing the “bad blood” carrying them. Thus curing and preventing many diseases.

During this unsettling time, we are following protocols in the massage room to ensure we minimise risk of infection for our clients and therapist. We are asking that if you feel unwell with any Covid 19 symptoms in the run up to your appointment, that you please reschedule with 24hrs notice if possible to avoid a cancellation fee.

 

We will of course be as flexible as possible for you; everyone’s safety must come first.
